A dying lensman tranfers his lens to a young boy named Kim. The lens has vital information that he has to get to Admiral Haynes of the Galactic Patrol. The evil Boskone must see that Kim never gets to him. Lensman, the anime, is based on Doc E. Smith's sci-fi novels. The movie(SF Shinseiki Lensman) was made in 1984. After the that followed a 25 episode tv series (84-85). Streamline Pictures dubbed the movie in english in 1991. The Sci-Fi channel aired the movie pretty often in the mid 90s.

May 8th, 2011 - HELLO! After 7 years, to the day, I'm finally updating! Well, kinda.. To my knowledge there's no actual Lensman news. No DVD, no Blu-ray, no fansubs. What a world! I still have the TV series on laserdisc and would love to see that help towards some fansubs somehow. My e-mail is robotsoll@yahoo.com. I know it's been listed as an outdated one for like.. 7 years.

Since last I updated there's this new site called YouTube. There are tons of Lensman videos including the entire Secret Of The Lens movie. Theres this other site called Wikipedia that is like an encyclapedia on everything, it probably won't get too popular but here's the entry on Lensman.

Sorry I haven't had the mp3s and comics up. They took up a lot of bandwidth and I was running the server off my home computer. I'll look into solving that but for now most the soundtrack is on Youtube!

I'll try and update more often than every 7 years!
