DJ Bill is the most useless member of the team. Bill is a Disc Jockey at funky alien disco club in the Thionide mines of the planet Radelix. The mines were once a paradise and people from all over the galaxy would come to work in them to mine Thionide, a highly addictive narcotic. But some time ago the Boskone conqured the planet and enslaved everyone, forcing them to produce the drug for their own evil uses. Bill is angry at the Boskone invasion, and loves to cause trouble in his disco just to spite them.After the group escaped Delgon, Kim and Clarissa befriend Bill and stayed at his place so Kim could recover from his injuries. When Kim sneaks off to save Buskirk from the Thionide mines Bill decides to help him. Bill sees Kim's rescue attempt as ample opportunity to cause a revolt so huge that it will free the slaves on Radelix.
Bill is a crazy party animal. He loves fights and is often the cause of the ones at the disco he works at. By simply throwing bottles into the crowd, he can start a riot -It doesn't hurt that he's anoying while he's doing it.
