LENSMAN DOCUMENTATION By Andrew Coates Editted by William Chow Editor's Note: I can vouch for the fact that Andrew stayed up and watched the Lensman straight through for the entire 12 hours. If you don't like the interpetation of the episodes, write your own! EPISODE 10 The guardian robot goes to the GP ship to tell the crew what is going on, Worsel uses his lens to try and find Kim. But they are not on the planet anymore, the Boskone Commander is interrogating Lana. The cruiser then lands on a Boskone base on the planet and the trio (Kim, Buskirk and Chris) sneak aboard the base. The Boskones are holding Lana's dad captive and want Lana's coorperation, Lana grabs a gun and says that she would rather kill herself but Kim interfers. The trio grab Lana and take off, while being pursued by Boskones, Lana and Kim go one way while Buskirk and Chris go another. Kimand Lana stumble into a room that is holding a monster. After a brief scirmish were the monster gets killed and a few Boskones get squashed, Kim and Lana get captured but Lana manages to escape. Lana then meets her dad and he explains to her what is going on. Unfortunate for Kim the Boskones are planning to do some experiments on him, but Lana and her dad and with the help of some insects manage to free Kim. Kim then hijacks a Boskone fighter and the troop including Lana's dad escape. Kim contacts his ship while he is being chased by Boskone ships, Buskirk is carring a cantainer of metal eating larvaes drops on the Boskone cruiser. Then the GP ship destroys whats left of the ship. Kim and company then depart the planet leaving Lana behind with her dad. Chris is also jealous of what happened between Lana and Kim. EPISODE 11 Some members of the GP are running through the base trying to catch a little girl who is running like the wind. Buskirk, Chris, Luigi and Haint are having coffee when it becomes apparent that everyone is chasing a litle girl named Leary. It is quite obvious that Leary is a spoiled child and poor Soru gets stuck babysitting her, Soru and Leary go to a robot junk room were they have some fun, but Leary gets bored and wants to go somewhere else. Soru and Leary then go and enter a GP cruiser and accidentally take it for a spin, Kim and crew then board a smaller craft to go after Leary and Soru. Soru who has never flew a ship before is having a nightmare while Leary is loving every minute of it. Soru then flys into a meteor storm and in his panic to escape hits a button that sends the ship into hyperspace. Kim takes his ship into hyperspace in hot pursuit, but so did some pirates who overhears what is going on and decided that they also want the ship. Soru and Leary run into the space pirates and Kim chases them off and the group lands te ship safely at a space station. EPISODE 12 Back at the GP base Haint is taking a much needed rest, while elsewhere the pirates are going over their stash. The crew seem to have landed at a giant amusment park space station. Leary talks the caretaker into opening the park for them, unknowning to them though the pirates are also in the park. Kim gets alerted to a danger and goes to investigate with Buskirk, Chris etc. Soru and Leary get lead into a trap by a pirate disguised as a clown, Soru gets tied up while Leary gets put on a pedestal. The crew is wondering where Soru and Leary could have gone to while the pirates have a great time babysitting (the pirates figure is they couldn't get the ship, then Leary ought to be worth something) Kim checks out the castle and finds Leary and the pirates, the crew then fight the pirates with help from the caretaker. And after the fight the crew once again enjoy themselves while the pirates get taken to justice. EPISODE 13 Kim is wandering around a frozen wasteland when he sees a dismal in distress and goes to her aide. He faces her assailants and ends up getting driven into a chasm. Thank the lord it was just a vision as Kim returns reality and finds himself the base. Kim then meets with his Mentor who tells him to beware of the future. Kim, Buskirk and Chris are at a meeting with Haint who briefs them on their next mission, and they take off with Worsel joining them. They hyperspace and come out near a gas cloud, they investigate the cloud and find a Boskone ship. Kim then orders them to head towards the nearest planet (low and behold, a ice world) disturbances in th planets atmosphere cause the ship to go out of control and a crash landing happens. The crew go out to investigate the planet, deja vu, everything is happening to Kim just like his vision back on base. Kim and the girl (Kara) get driven into the chasm but this time Kim uses the Lens to rescue them. Kem and Kara talk and she tells Kim that she thinks he is cute. EPISODE 14 The crew is walking through the wasteland and Soru has a case of the hiccups, which almost get him in trouble. They meet some of Kara's followers who are relieved to find her in good condition, the crew is then treated to a party at Kara's castle. The party ends aruptly with the new of the Dark Lords activities and they go to check out what happen, they go to a village and find it completely destroyed. Back on the Boskone ship the new Commander is contemplating his latest trap. Kara tells Kim the history of her people and past events, Chris is watching this from the shadows and is getting a bit jealous. Kara then holds a council meeting and they decide to send Kim and a guide to check whats going on at the Dark Lords stronghold. Kim and his guide run into some guards and decides to turn arond after losing them in a chasm. Kim then talks to Worsel and decides to face the Dark Lords. EPISODE 15 The Dark Lord is talking to the Boskone Commander. Buskirk is teaching his crew the fine art of swordsmanship and Chris is still jealous of the attention Kim is giving Kara. While on the balcony, Kim's lens warns him of a massive attack by the Dark Lord. While the battle is raging around the castle, the Dark Lord watches from above. Kim goes out to fight the invaders while Chris goes looking for Kara and finds her dressing for battle and tries to talk her out of it. Kim who is fighting beside Taiga (who Kara likes) gets knocked off his horse and finds himself facing two foes. Just then Taiga shows up to even things out, then surprise surprise Taiga shows his true form and he is a shape changer working for the Dark Lord. Kim is dueling with one of the Dark Lord's guards and Kara happens to notice Taiga and is upset (gee I wonder why). Kim loses his sword, but enter Worsel to save the day. Taiga battles Kara, knocks her out and kidnapps Chris. The company of Kim, Worsel etc decide to mount a small raiding party to rescue Chris EPISODE 16 Dawn approaches and the Dark Lords are going over their current situation, Chris is taking care of the injured prisoners then she is taken and held hostage to get Kim. Kim goes and is taken prisoner, while Buskirk, Worsel and a guide sneak into the stronghold. Taiga is talking to the Boskone who is busy gloating over Kim, the Boskone then orders Kim to duel with a captured soldier while Chris is held over some spikes. Taiga is alerted to the presence of Buskirk, Worsel etc and dispatches some Boskones to terminate them. Buskirk and Worsel then break into the control room and kill Taiga, the control room happens to be for a Boskone ship and Buskirk immediatly gets ahold of Henderson. Kim manages to disarm his opponent and is ordered to kill him or watch Chris die. Kim refuses and Chris is tossed onto the spikes, but Kim uses the Lens to save her. Buskirk then crashes the Boskone ship into the stronghold and the prisoner (Jerid) then duels the Dark Lord and kills him. Kara is happy to see Kim and Chris, and is really happy to see her fiance Jerid who she thought was killed. The Boskone Commander goes nuts and takes off in his ship, Worsel flies Kim to the ship and he enters through a hole in the ship. He then faces the Commander and kills him in a duel, Kara and Jerid get married and everyone is happy. EPISODE 17 A ship appraches a earthlike (maybe it is earth for all I know) planet where Kim and Chris are fishing, Kim is getting some pointers on fishing from Chris. Henderson then lands on the spot where Kim and Chris are fishing and tells them that they have to return with him, which is much against Kim's will. Back at the GP Hq. Haint briefs Kim on a world that is going through some civil war, Kim and Buskirk witness a frieghter being attacked by a fighter, and a hologram in a bar shows the latest confrontation. Kim, in a disquise, enters the bar and makes a scene and gets attacked by some armed men. Kim manages to chase them off but he grabs one of the men as a hostage and takes him back to the bar. Then enters Buskirk, also in disquise, into the bar and picks a fight with Kim to impress the bartender. After the scuffle Kim manages to get some information from the bartender and heads into space. While in space Kim happens to come across a pile of fishing lures floating around in space. Then he sees the ship responsible for the lures and he follows the ship to the nearest planet. On the planet, Kim's lens warns him of trouble as a storm of sharp crystals starts to fall. The storm of crystals pierce Kim's skin and Crogy rescues the uncouncious Kim and puts him in his ship. While this is going on Buskirk is accosting the bartender to get information on where Kim could be. Kim, who is floating in space gets rescued by a GP ship. EPISODE 18 Kim recovers in the base hospital and checks out fine. Henderson spars with Kim, Kim doesn't do so well so Henderson tells Kim that he should rest and get the rest of his strength back. So Henderson takes off on patrol but Kim gets a feeling of disaster so him and Buskirk go after Henderson. Henderson is following a suspicious ship to a ice planet and gets trapped in a electricity web. This time it's Kim to the rescue and he helps out Henderson and then attacks the antagonist ship. The enemy ship deploys and light bomb to temporarily blind Kim and escape. Kim then returns to the base where he is met by a very angry Chris because he wasn't supposed to of left the base. Later Kim is thinking and he puts two and two together and goes to Haint to see if they can dig up more information on the man that Kim saw. They search the computers and Kim reconizes the man, so does the Haint, the man's name is Moon and he used to be a good friend of Haints. That was untill a love triangle gone bad ended their friendship, Haint tells Kim all he knows about Moon. Later Kim recieves a hologram from Moon and goes to meet him. Moon then attacks Kim with a electrical gun, Kim manages to fend off the attack and Moon then retreats. EPISODE 19 Kim views the obliteration of a planet by a new weapon (belonging to the Boskones) via a screen with the Haint, afterwards he goes to meet Chris. On a destroyed planet, Moon is talking to himself when his ship is attacked by a Boskone cruiser. Helmuth is briefing a new commander, while Kim, Chris and Soru in a shuttle try to communicate with Moon using the Lens. Moon thinks that it is Cassonie talking to him and leaves his ship go meet her (Moon is a little crazy and Cassonie is actually Chris). Kim then finds out that Moon has a gun in his facepiece and intends to bring him and Cassonie together for eternity, but at the last second Moon disarms the gun. The Boskone have set a trap but Worsel foils the trap but the Boskone Commander launches his forces anyway. The GP fights off the attack and takes Moon back to the base. There they examine his headpiece, Haint goes over old memories of Cassonie. Helmuth then gives his Commander a new toy to play with. Luigi removes the mind controling device from Moon and hopefully Moon will be able to return to normal. End of file..
